What's included in the installation cost?

Our in-home delivery and installation service assures that this process is as seamless and hassle-free as possible. You’ll receive email notifications during the progression of your shipment.

What to expect for products that include our optional in-home delivery and assembly service:

Once we receive and prepare your order;
  • we ship your equipment directly to your home, via common freight carrier, to be stored in your garage, and a local certified installer arrives several days later to complete the installation.
  • If you do not have a garage, please contact us immediately to make other arrangements.
  • The installer will call you soon after your equipment arrives.
  • The installer will set up a date and time to install your equipment.
  • The installer will arrive on the date and time agreed upon by you.
  • The installer will place, assemble and test the equipment in the room of your choice.
  • Most appointments require one to two hours, depending upon the equipment purchased and where the equipment will be installed. More time may be needed for certain models or if the equipment has to be disassembled to fit through doorways.

You can expect to have your equipment installed in your room of choice in about 3-4 weeks from when your order was placed. However, this can vary depending upon your location, availability for installation, weather conditions and holidays.

Will I be contacted prior to delivery?

Yes, you will be notified of the shipment leaving our warehouse and will be contacted by the common freight carrier prior to delivery. The installer will then call you to schedule your installation date and time within 7 days after receiving your equipment at your home or freight terminal.

When will it ship and how long will it take for me to receive my product?

Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Keep in mind — this number varies on location, customization, inventory, etc. for each customer. We will continuously strive to get our customers their equipment as fast as possible.

Can I get my order expedited?

Unfortunately, all orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. An expedited shipment is not possible at this time.

What about Canada, Alaska, and Hawaii?

We do not currently ship to Canada.

Hawaii orders may be placed by calling 888.338.9869 or emailing support@topfitness.com for a freight quote.

Alaska orders and shipments are facilitated through our Precor Home Fitness Anchorage retail store. Please contact them directly at (907) 349-3990. Delivering to remote Alaskan areas may take significantly longer and cost more because of delivery fees, brokerage fees and other applicable duties.

Do you ship to locations outside the United States?

No. Precor Home Fitness does not currently ship internationally.

Can I pick up my online order to save on the delivery and installation charges?

Yes, that option is available for residents in AK, CA, IL, IN, MA, NH, TX, UT, WA, and WI. We don’t recommend it because our equipment is heavy and bulky, so it’s easier for you to have our trained professionals deliver and assemble it. To coordinate your pick up, please contact us after placing your order. You’ll then be responsible for loading, transportation and assembly of your product.
