Who do I contact for service?

If you purchased your product from topfitness.com, please contact us directly and include your model number, serial number, purchase date, and a description of the issue. We may also request photos or videos of the issue for warranty claims.

If you purchased your product from another website or local dealer, please contact the dealer or reseller you purchased from.
